We also manufacture the
Cozy Heat Exchanger specifically designed for our heating systems. With 8,000 BTU's and very quiet, low velocity fans, they are the perfect complement to our Hydronic Heating System.

Komfort Heat Exchanger

The Komfort is designed primarily as a defroster system on medium to large size vehicles. The 3-speed Komfort Defroster can also be utilized in applications when ducting the heat to a particular location(s) is a necessity.

Whisper Heat Exchanger

The Whisper Heat Exchanger was designed to prevent freezing of the domestic water storage tank and to provide heat to other storage bay compartments. The Whisper is compact in size, quiet in operation and consumes very little 12 volt-DC power.

Cozy III Grill

The Cozy Grill cosmetically cover the outlet registers of the Cozy III exchanger. The grille can also be used as a cold air return inlet.

Nozzles

We sell a variety of nozzles from 2½" to
4¾" diameters.

Louvers:

The Twin-Set Louver has a center knob that either opens or completely closes the outlet grille. Made of durable fiberglass reinforced with polyamide.

Pex Tubing, Bend Supports and Plumbing Accessories

Pex-Tube carries the heated solution of water and antifreeze from our heating unit to all interior and storage bay heat exchangers. Pex tubing enables one continuous plumbing line to run without connecting joints. It can achieve short 4" radius bends when fitted with bends supports and its translucent material allows the installer to see that all air has been bled from the hydronic heating system.
